2 c. water
4 c. sugar
2 oz. jar instant coffee
2 c. vodka
1 vanilla bean

Boil water. Mix sugar and coffee. Add boiling water. Cool, add vodka. Pour into glass 1/2 gallon wine bottle. Drop in vanilla bean. Cover. Let stand under the sink 30 days.
