ICE CREAM DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick melted butter
3 boxes coconut instant pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 gal. soft vanilla ice cream
1 carton Cool Whip
Toasted coconut

Press crackers and butter in 9 x 13 pan to form a crust. Whip pudding, milk, and ice cream together. Then pour over crust. Spread Cool Whip and toasted coconut on top. Refrigerate and do not freeze. Any flavor pudding can be used.
