CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding, cooked

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. hot water (add more if needed)

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil. Mix in 1 cup of flour; mix well and cool mixture. Then add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well. Two teaspoons to a puff. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool. Mix vanilla pudding and cook. Fill with a pastry bag. Top with icing.
