ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
1 stick butter, soft
1 1/2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 scant qt. soft ice cream

Crush cookies and butter and mix. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix cold milk and pudding; beat with mixer. Add ice cream. Mix in carefully. Spread over baked cookie mix. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over pudding mix. Sprinkle top with 3-4 crushed Heath bars.
