1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies (1 1/4 lb.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cold milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
1 8 inch flower pot
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies fine with food processor. Cream together the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix the pudding mix with cold milk. Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture and mix the 2 mixture together. Layer crushed cookies and creamy mixture, ending up with cookies on top. Refrigerate. Add plastic flower in center before serving to decorate.
