1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk

Grind Oreos in food processor; set aside. Beat cream cheese with butter until well blended. Beat pudding mix with milk in mixer for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, butter mix, layer pudding and Oreos in a flower pot, ending with Oreos on top, decorate to suit your taste.
