20 oz. bag Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. pkg. French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

1. Crush Oreos and set aside.

2. Blend cheese, butter and sugar.

3. In another bowl, mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip.

4. Add cream cheese mixture.

5. Layer in bucket or flower pot (plastic) cookies, cream cheese mixture, cookies, ending with cookies. Make 1 day ahead and refrigerate. (You can add gummy worms for effect.)
