CORN SOUFFLE 
2 c. creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered in casserole dish for 30 minutes at 325 degrees or longer until souffle rises.
