LEMON BAR COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Blend together. Press into 9x9 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix eggs, sugar, and flour. Add lemon juice. Spread this mixture over baked crust and return to oven and bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. Cut in squares and cool. (I double all ingredients for 9x13 inch pan. I use ReaLemon lemon juice.)
