EXTRA EASY SPINACH LASAGNA 
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna noodles
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 egg
1 pkg. frozen spinach (thaw, then squeeze out excess water)
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix 1 cup Mozzarella with Ricotta, egg, spinach and seasonings. Put sauce on bottom and then layer: noodles, cheese, then sauce, noodles, cheese again and end with sauce on top. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top. Put 1 cup of water around edges of pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
