BEEF STROGANOFF ON RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. rice

Cut meat in thin strips, add to hot oil and brown in skillet. Add onions and mushrooms, saute over low heat until lightly browned and tender. Add salt and Worcestershire sauce and continue to simmer. Add sour cream to meat mixture and heat thoroughly. Serve on hot rice.
