WIENER SCHNITZEL 
4 boneless pork chops
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
3/4 c. plain bread crumbs

Pound pork chops to about 1/4 inch. Salt and pepper on both sides and roll in flour. Beat eggs. Dip floured pork chops into eggs, then roll in bread crumbs. Pat to condense bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil in medium hot pan.
