KAREN'S CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST | |
THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS: 6 large eggs 3/4 tsp. mustard 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups milk Beat eggs, mustard, soup and milk. Refrigerate overnight. CHRISTMAS MORNING: 3 cups seasoned croutons 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 (1 lb. ea.) pkgs. Jimmy Dean sausage, lightly browned Grease 9x13-inch pan. Place croutons on bottom of pan then shredded cheese and finally fried sausage. Pour refrigerated soup mixture over top. Bake in slow (300°F) oven for 90 minutes.. Submitted by: Karen M. |
