TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 cans (7 oz. size) tuna
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
1 lb. pkg. noodles
4 hard-cooked eggs, cut into pieces
1 pkg. (8 oz.) American cheese, cut into pieces
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 sm. bottle stuffed olives
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp pimento, from a glass jar purchased
1 sm. onion, finely chopped

Drain tuna and mushrooms. Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into well buttered casserole and sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs or crumbled potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Serve 8 to 10.
