STAINED GLASS WINDOWS COOKIES 
1 pkg. (6 1/2 oz.) colored miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Finely chopped nuts or coconut

Put marshmallows and 1 cup nuts in a large bow. Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well and pour over marshmallows and nuts until well coated. Sprinkle a 12 inch sheet of foil with nuts or coconuts. Spoon mixture onto nuts or coconut on foil lengthwise. Shape into rolls or 10 x 1 inch, pull up sides of foil to shape and wrap lightly in foil. Store in freezer 24 hours. To serve, cut while frozen. Make four 10 inch rolls. Quick and easy, great to have handy for the holiday season.
