BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 eggs
1/23 c. half & half
Mushrooms sliced in jar
9-10 slices bread with crust removed

9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Make the night before - refrigerate overnight.

1. Place slices of bread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Cook sausage, drain and sprinkle over bread.

3. Sprinkle 2 cheeses over above.

4. Sprinkle sliced mushrooms over all.

5. Beat 6 eggs. Add half & half, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

6. Pour egg mixture over above. Let it sit covered overnight with foil.

7. Bake covered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees uncover. Last 10 minutes to brown.
