BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices white bread
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained (8 oz. ham or bacon may be used)
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
3/4 c. half & half cream
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
6 eggs
Salt & pepper

In a 9"x13" greased pan, trim and cube bread. Place in pan. Top with sausage, ham or bacon and cheese. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Check with a knife, if clean, it's done.
