BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices bread
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
6-8 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, optional
1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled (may use 1 lb. cooked bacon)
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. half & half (milk will help keep better)
1/2 tsp. pepper

Butter a 9 x 13 inch oblong dish (pyrex or metal pan). Layer bread, sausage and cheese in pan. Combine rest of ingredients. Mix and pour over contents. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover while baking. Serves approximately 12.
