BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix all ingredients except Jiffy mix. Then add Jiffy mix and stir. Bake in slightly greased 13 x 9 inch casserole dish at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown. Very good!
