2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 can Campbell's chicken soup
1 stick butter
3/4 soup can of milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. chopped celery

Mix all ingredients together and put into baking dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven 1 hour.
