BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Stir first six ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Melt stick of butter and stir in stuffing mix. Spread over top of mixture in casserole dish. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
