CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 whole chicken breasts, baked, boned, skinned & cut into sm. chunks
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. dry sherry
3/4 c. dry stuffing mix

Place chicken in bottom of oblong casserole baking dish. Cover with the layer of chopped broccoli. Mix together the mayonnaise, soup, water and sherry. Pour this sauce over the top of chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
