BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh, chopped
4 chicken breasts, boned and cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated carrot
1 tbsp. onion
3/4 c. stuffing mix, prepared
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour

Blend prepared broccoli, chicken, sour cream, soup, carrots, onions, and seasonings. Fold in stuffing. Put in 2 quart buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
