1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/4 tsp. cloves

Combine all ingredients. Bake in 9 inch pie pan for 40-50 minutes at 350.
