IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
2 1/2 tsp. pie spice mix or 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves

Mix all ingredients in blender. Blend 1 minute. Pour in greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
