IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Grease 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high, or two minutes with hand beater. Pour into pie pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
