HUMMUS 
1 (17 oz.) can chick peas
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. tahini
Olive oil
Paprika
Chopped parsley

Pour the contents of the can of chick peas, including liquid, into a blender or food processor. Blend until mashed. Add garlic, salt, lemon juice and tahini - blend until smooth. Chill if desired.
