HUMMUS 
1 can chick peas (drain, save 1/2 liquid)
3 tbsp. tahini
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients in blender. Add 1/2 of liquid from chick peas; blend well. If thinner consistency is desired, add more liquid from peas.

Tahini can be purchased at Shaw's or International Food Store. Tahini contains oil and should be mixed with oil and put into blender.
