JELLO PUDDING FUDGE
Here is a recipe that I have enjoyed for many a years.

1 (3 oz.) box Jello pudding (Cook & Serve)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk

Butter an 8x8-inch glass dish and set aside. Next combine all 3 ingredients in a pan and cook on medium heat. Bring mixture to a rolling boil while constantly stirring. Cook mixture till it comes to a soft ball texture (drop of mixture will form a soft ball when dropped into a glass of cool water - 234°F to 240°F). Remove from heat immediately and pour into the buttered glass dish.

You may add any (combination) of the following ingredients:

chopped nuts
marshmallow creme (or fluff)
peanut butter

My family's favorite is chocolate fudge with peanut butter chips, marshmallow creme and an assortment of chopped nuts. Also we love to make the coconut creme fudge with mini chocolate chips and assorted chopped nuts.

Cooks Note: A candy thermometer is recommended.
