STEP I:

1 yellow Duncan Hines Deluxe II cake mix

Bake s directed in a 9x13 pan. When cool, punch holes in cake with drinking straw.

STEP II:

1 lg. pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. strawberry soda

Dissolve jello in hot water; add strawberry soda. Mix this and when very cold, not set or syrupy, pour over cake. After pouring on jello wait until it has gone down into the holes.

STEP III:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix pudding mix as directed and then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Refrigerate cake. Serve cake from the refrigerator.
