HUMMUS DIP 
1 jar Tahini paste (available at nature food stores)
3 med. garlic cloves, chopped fine & mashed
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can chick peas, drain (save liquid)

Combine all above; add all liquid and water to make a cup. The consistency should be like thick mayonnaise. Put in blender (1/3 at a time). Add more water if necessary to blend.

This is a good dip for people with an intolerance for lactose.
