HUMMUS 
1 (13 oz.) can chick peas
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. tahini paste
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine lemon juice, tahini paste, and garlic; mix well. Mix in chick peas. In food processor blend until smooth (a little water may be added to thin if mixture is too thick). Spread onto a platter with a parsley garnish. Serve with pita bread.
