HUMMUS 
1 c. cooked chick peas
1/2 c. tahini
1 tsp. paprika
2-4 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Feta cheese
Vegetables

Ground sesame seeds available at health food stores.

Put chick peas, tahini and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in blender. Process and taste to see if you want more lemon juice. Add garlic salt, paprika and chopped parsley. Blend until smooth. Makes about 2 cups. Combine with Feta cheese and vegetables to make filling for pocket bread.
