CHICKEN DIABLO 
4 pieces chicken breasts, boneless
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken pieces in Pyrex baking dish, spray with Pam first. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in honey, mustard, curry powder, and salt. Pour mixture over chicken, turning pieces as they are coated. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake, basting frequently with sauce for 15 minutes longer until chicken is done and golden.
