CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 whole chicken, cooked 1 pkg. chopped broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. chicken broth 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 stick butter 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb) Cook chicken and remove from heat. Allow to cool, then debone and cut into small pieces. In large casserole dish, place chicken. Cover with layer of broccoli. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, chicken broth and chicken soup; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle stuffing over top; then melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Makes about 8 servings. |
