Ocean Perch Fillets with Diablo Sauce

 Roland (Wisconsin) says:
Very nice way to cook ocean perch: fast, simple, and tasty. The buttered bread crumbs provide a nice crust without adding a lot of fat. Time will vary with cuts of fish. The "Diablo Sauce" is a nice change from lemon or tartar sauce, though its feeble heat hardly merits the name. I'd make this again.
