CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 head cauliflower, washed and broken into flowerets
3 qt. water
1 lb. thin spaghetti
1 tsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
Buttered bread crumbs
1 stick butter
2 c. plain bread crumbs

Boil cauliflower in water until partly done, about 15 minutes. Add 1 pound spaghetti and 1 teaspoon olive oil. When spaghetti is done, add 2 more tablespoons olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately in soup bowls topped with crumbs.
