CAULIFLOWER ITALIAN STYLE 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 c. olive oil

Divide cauliflower in flowerets and cook a few minutes in boiling salted water. Drain. Combine garlic and oil in skillet and heat. Add cauliflower and mash with a fork. Add pepper and salt to taste.
