BISQUICK MUFFINS | |
2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix 1 c. milk 1 egg 2 tbsp. sugar Put biscuit mix and sugar together. Beat egg, add milk and pour into mix. Stir until well blended. Fill well greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins. VARIATION: 3/4 cup raisins or pieces of dates or nuts or fresh berries may be added. |
