BISQUICK MUFFINS 
2/3 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. egg beaters
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. fruit preserves

GLAZE:

2/3 c. powdered sugar
3 to 4 tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients together for muffins. Drop 1 level teaspoon of fruit preserves in middle of each muffin. Cool slightly, drizzle with glaze.

Bake muffins at 375°F for 13 to 18 minutes.

Serves 12.
