PINK CLOUD SALAD 
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
2 c. Sprite, 7-Up or Ginger Ale soda
3/4 - 1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped pecans (can be omitted)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in cold soda. Chill until slightly thick. Beat until light and foamy. Fold in strawberries, marshmallows and pecans. Pour into an eight inch square pan. Chill until firm. (Recipe may be halved.)
