YUMMY PINK JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. cottage cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
25 lg. marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipped cream or sm. container Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine marshmallows with pineapple juice. Place over low heat and add Jello. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Add pecans, pineapple, and cottage cheese. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Pour into container and chill.
