STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
3 mashed bananas
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained, save juice

Dissolve jello. Add cold and hot water. Add pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows. Chill until firm.

TOPPING:

2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 can coconut
1 pkg. Cool Whip
Pineapple juice
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. pecans

Beat eggs, sugar, and flour. Add to melted butter in saucepan. Add pineapple juice and cook until thick. Fold Cool Whip into cooled mixture in saucepan. Spread over salad. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
