BLUE CHEESE OR ROUQUEFORT
DRESSING
 
1/2 c. olive oil, salad oil or combination
1/4 c. vinegar (scant)
1/4 c. lemon juice (scant)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 garlic clove
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Blue cheese (about 1/2 oz.)

Put all in pint jar and shake.
