BLUE CHEESE OR ROQUEFORT
DRESSING
 
1 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crumbled blue or roquefort cheese
1/4 c. vinegar
Dash of garlic powder

Put all ingredients except cheese into blender container, cover and process at Mix speed, until smooth. Stop blender and add cheese. Cover and process at Stir cycle.

(If a smooth dressing is desired, put all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.)
