BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, undiluted
1 c. SALAD OIL
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes garlic powder
1 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. sugar

Put all ingredients except cheese in blender; cover and process at "mix" until smooth. Add cheese and process 1 cycle at "stir". (If you want the dressing creamy put all ingredients in blender at once and process at "mix" until smooth).
