BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low fat yogurt
3/4 c. non fat buttermilk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed

Combine all ingredients. Stir and mix well. Serve over green salad. Yield 1 1/2 cups.
