TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. sharp cheese, cubed
4 c. turkey
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears

Melt butter in pan, add flour and milk to make a white sauce. Add mayonnaise, soup, sherry and lemon juice. Stir in cheese and continue stirring until cheese melts. Layer of turkey, layer of broccoli. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour if warm 1 hour if cold.
