MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 med. onion
1 jar green olives (optional)
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz. pepperoni, sliced
1 head cauliflower
1 can black olives
1 green pepper
8 oz. bottle Italian dressing

Cut up all vegetables, cube cheese, quarter pepperoni slices. Add dressing and mix well. Chill overnight.
