MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 can ripe olives, sliced
1 can stuffed olives, sliced
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 can mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes for garnish

Wash broccoli and cauliflower and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all vegetables together. Pour dressing over and toss.

DRESSING:

2 env. Good Seasons Italian Dressing
2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. water

Make salad at least 8 hours before serving; 24 hours is better. Garnish with cherry tomatoes cut in half.
